Since 2008

We keep our neighbours warm

Now we’re doing it across New Brunswick.

18 years ago we started fixing furnaces for people we already knew. That has not really changed — there are just more of you now.

New Brunswick weather does not do half measures. It goes to −25 with the wind off the river, and four months later it is thirty degrees and thick enough to swim through. The equipment that gets a family through both is not optional here, and neither is the person who installs it properly.

That is the whole reason this company exists. Not to move boxes — anyone can sell you a heat pump. To make sure the thing running in your basement was sized for your house, installed by someone who cared how it looked when they left, and backed by a phone number that a human actually answers in January.

We are not a franchise. Nobody at a head office in another province decides how we treat you. Our techs live in the same neighbourhoods, drive the same roads, and run into our customers at the grocery store — which turns out to be a very effective quality control system.

What’s next

Same crew. Bigger map.

We are rebranding and expanding across New Brunswick — Fredericton, Moncton, Saint John, the Fundy coast, and the river valley north to Perth-Andover. More trucks, more techs, more of the province covered.

The thing we are deliberately not scaling is how the work gets done. Growth in this trade usually means subcontracted crews, rotating faces, and a call centre between you and the person holding the wrench. We are building the opposite: our own electricians on staff, our own techs on our own trucks, and one company accountable for the entire job from the load calculation to the warranty claim four years later.

If you are outside our current map, call anyway. We are moving quickly, and “not yet” has a way of becoming “next month.”

How we work

What world-class actually looks like

Every trade claims it. Here is what we mean by it, specifically enough that you can hold us to it.

We quote what we'd install in our own homes

Oversized equipment short-cycles, wears out early, and never dehumidifies properly. Undersized equipment leaves you cold in February. We measure the house and size it honestly — even when the honest answer is a smaller sale.

The same people, every visit

You are not handed to a call centre. The person who quoted the job knows the job when you phone about it two winters later, and the tech who installed it is the one who comes back to service it.

The paperwork is our problem

Rebate applications, warranty registrations, service records for claims. We file it, we keep a copy, and we chase the supplier when something goes sideways. You should not need a filing cabinet to own a heat pump.

We answer when it's cold

A furnace that quits at −22 is not a Tuesday-morning problem. Emergency calls get answered, and if we cannot get to you tonight we will tell you that straight rather than leave you waiting.

Want a second opinion?

If someone has quoted you a system and the number feels off, send us the details. We’ll tell you whether it’s fair — even when the answer is yes, and the job is not ours.
